This is a public wiki site initiatied by COL and its partners to develop and share a variety of capacity-building materials related to community learning programmes and other education and development communication.
The toolkit has a very specific focus: Enabling groups to design, deliver and evaluate CLPs. That is what it is. What it isn't is a general resource for communities about community media.

All pages in the online toolkit are open however at this time an "Editor" profile must be requested from the site administrator in order to contribute content.
